Accelerator Hub acknowledge Local Success

Having seen many of their clients reach the finals of the SME MK & Buckinghamshire Business Awards last year, NatWest are showing tremendous support for aspiring businesspeople by sponsoring the very relevant Entrepreneur category.

The NatWest Accelerator Hub encourage and supports entrepreneurs to thrive in the very challenging start up sector and we are thrilled to see them branch out to support the wider Buckinghamshire stars of the future. Entry is FREE and applicants can enter up to  two categories at www.mkbucksawards.co.uk

Speaking on behalf of NatWest Sharon Rai said “Entrepreneurship is an area that clearly defines NatWest. As the UK’s biggest bank for business, we understand that SMEs are the lifeblood of the economy and that we have a responsibility to help them succeed. Which is why our UK-wide network of 12 Entrepreneur Accelerator hubs make up the UK’s largest fully-funded business accelerator network and are capable of supporting up to 1,000 entrepreneurs simultaneously across the country. Last year we were delighted when so many of our Entrepreneurs were recognised through these awards, and so this year, we have taken the opportunity to champion more small business owners. These awards are a great way of celebrating the successes we see every day.”

Welcoming the Platinum Sponsors Damian Cummins commented “It’s a very competitive market out there and its so encouraging to see a national bank not only support but actively engage to give new businesses a boost. We are sure that their support in these SME Business Awards will ensure further success within the sector.”

Winners from these awards will also go through to the SME National Business Awards at Wembley next year.
